Filipino Sign Language is a form of visual and manual communication that has its own linguistic features distinct from other sign languages. Deaf people from other countries also have their own sign language (e.g. Japanese Deaf people use JSL; British Deaf people use BSL, etc.)

Due to our limited resources, we only offer either FULL ONLINE or FULL FACE-TO-FACE classes. This means that students enrolled in the face-to-face classes are expected to learn FSL by attending in-campus sessions each week. Likewise, students enrolled in online sessions are expected to participate in the weekly video conferencing sessions. ALL students are to accomplish supplementary activities and exercises whether these take place online or in-person.
